die cutting belt / Stanzband -structure-

The cutting belt / Stanzband consist of one ply of fabric and one surface:

• The ply is a fabric of polyester plastic. The fabric takes the tension and gives so the cutting belts the necessary balance.
• The surface consisting of polyurethane, it is fixed smelt with the ply. The belt is in different hardness, colures and thickness available.

All cutting belts / Stanzbands can be repairing or splice continuously welded in the die cutting machine. This is possible with a heating press or manual with a hot-air gun.

For this the belt will be prepared and splice in a heating press. The belt must lump and arrange. Than the ends of the cutting belt will be, with temperature and pressure, together welded.

After the splice is the cutting belt / Stanzband immediately ready for action.

The cutting belts / Stanzband are in many different types available. The choice of one belt is contingent on the type of the die cutting machine, the die cutting toll and the material which you will be cutting. Also important is the diameter of the roller. The diameter of the roller rise with the thickness of the cutting belt / Stanzband.
